Our coastal engineering division has extensive experience in internationally designing underwater pipelines and in coastal regeneration. We also have our own accredited laboratory, which allows us to offer specialized analysis with the highest quality standards.

As a Collaborating Entity with the Administration (ECA) in matters of water pollution, living organisms, and sediments, ECOS Lab is accredited as an Inspection Entity under the ISO EN UNE 17020 standard, granted by ENAC (Registration No. 497/EI746).
Our main activities include:
- Control and inspection of land-to-sea discharges.
- Water quality monitoring and discharge characterization.
- Management and processing of Discharge Authorizations.

Our Presence
Mission and Vision
ECOS was founded as an independent consulting firm with the goal of working for and on behalf of the environment, seeking a balance between the development and conservation of our ecosystems. These were the pillars upon which Gregorio Louzara (Oceanographer) and Manuel Ruiz (Marine Biologist) founded ECOS in 2007, with the mission of working for sustainable development and leaving a better planet for future generations.
We believe in conscious consulting, realizing the importance of doing things right, not only for our clients, but also for the planet. To achieve this, we have established our internationally recognized vision in environmental consulting, offering a quality service based on transparency and communication with clients, allowing them to safely streamline their environmental procedures, avoiding risks for both their company and the environment.
